RZDP Remote Stack Light

The RZDP stack light assembly is available in a 3-zone assembly and a 5-zone assembly.  These assemblies are primarily used with our line of in-motion checkweighers to provide a visual status of package weights crossing the scale.

The 3-zone assembly has a red LED light at the bottom, green LED light in the middle, and red or amber LED at the top.  This indicates low-weight, on-target, and high-weight conditions.  The 5-zone assembly adds an amber LED light between low-weight and on-target, and another between on-target and high-weight.  These additional lights indicate package weights are within permissible reject limits, but falling outside of the on-target limits.

RZDP3 and RZDP5 are rated IP66.  They are 24VDC LED modules, pre-wired to terminals inside of an IP66 fiberglass enclosure.  SS enclosures are available as an option.

Other options include audible alarms, strobe and different colored LED Modules.
