821 Dual Channel Analog Output

Our analog output card is primarily used with the Model 5511 and 6611 Universal Scale Controllers to provide an analog signal out for use by other process equipment.  The 821 board connects to an RS-422 serial port, and provides a scalable 0-10VDC and 4-20mA output on each channel.

The 821 can be configured to run at an idle state, then spiking the analog out to match the weight of the package just crossing the scale, or can be used to deliver a constant output of weight as packages are filled or weighed.
