Case Diverter

Description

The Case Diverter consists of a pop-up roller section that transfers product to single or multiple lanes. With consistent product flow, our conveyor lane diverter can transfer up to 40 cases per minute. This diverter gently and efficiently moves cases and rigid containers without the impact normally experienced with ram pusher or diverter arms.  Roller conveyor widths from 18” to 36” and a variety of heights are available.  Typical uses are order fulfillment conveyor lines, cased products, cases of produce, like potatoes or onions.

With the conveyor transfer functionality, you can couple this product with one of our many checkweighers, including our multi-lane checkweigher design.
