SPPC Lite Software

SPPC-Lite is an easy to install software designed to monitor up to five checkweigher or filling systems that output a discrete weight value for each package weighed or filled.  Data is stored in individual CSV files for each connected line.  This product runs on a single computer only.

A real-time view of weights and production totals are displayed on the user’s PC, which can be minimized as the user runs other programs on the same PC.

Once a production run or campaign is complete SPPC Lite can automatically generate a printed or PDF summary report for the production run, showing totals, averages, number of packages with and outside of acceptable parameters, and this data is also available for easy export to your spreadsheet program or other applications.

When used with Thompson’s 4693, 5511 or 6611 controllers SPPC Lite automatically closes a production run when the operator changes from one recipe to the next, or re-loads the current recipe.  This triggers SPPC Lite to close the current run, call a report, and get ready for the next set of data.
