Introducing the Incline Checkweigher
Our exclusive flexure scale is the reason we can provide accurate and repeatable weights, even on inclines up to 12°. The flexure scale sits level, with the mounting framework for the scale conveyor built to match the degree of incline specific to the application. Packages crossing the conveyor deliver linear force to the scale, which outputs very accurate weight through our Model 5511 or Model 6611 checkweigher controllers. No special calibration or procedures are required. A single static calibration is all that’s needed.
