Heavy Duty Checkweigher /w Reject Progress

This week our shop is busy building several of our larger heavy duty checkweighers. Our 3rd shop is dedicated to final assembly, where all of our machines are prepped for final assembly, testing and shipping. The video below is a brief look into what our first stages of final assembly look like. 

The heavy duty checkweigher in particular is an extremely robust machine, used mainly for larger packages in the 50+ pound range. You can find plenty of these in conrete, salt and diatomaceous earth plants.

Offered as a single conveyor, or in an array with pacing/acceleration and reject conveyors, all with consolidated motor controls, ready to place on your floor and get to work.
